SUN Provincial Annual Meeting: April 22,23,24 2026 in Regina

Local 75 is funding 40 members.

Steps to apply

Must Register and apply for funding with SUN Provincial. (choose request provincial funding)
Complete the Google Docs link to apply for Local 75 funding.
Deadline to apply for funding will be March 13^that noon (we are doing our selections very early to allow people to get LOAs from work and book within our block of hotel rooms the Local has reserved)

Selection emails will go out the week of March 16^th, at that time you will receive a detailed email on how to apply for your LOAs, how to book hotel rooms within our block etc… You are not to apply for LOAs until you have received a confirmation of selection email from the SUN Local 75 PR and Education email account. (The local compensates 3 shifts and 3 nights hotel for this event).

This is a one time educational for members in their first 5 years of SUN.
Your SUN seniority date must be between March 2021 and March 2026 in order to be eligible to attend.
This is a 5 hour paid educational on March 23rd.
(You must be on a day off to attend this as the union will be paying you for the 5 hours only and no UNION LEAVES will be provided)
This is first come first served and will close after 25 people have signed up)
Registration for this event will close March 18th at 430pm (or sooner if 25 people have signed up).

This is a paid 8 hour day if you are on a day off or income continuance (we give you a union leave) if you are working a 12 hour shift that day!
This is the 2nd of 3 that we will be doing in 2026. (You can only attend this once every 5 years)
Funding is for 30 members, registration through a google forms link.
Deadline to apply is March 4th at 430pm. If more than 30 apply I will follow the policy. First preference is given to those that have attended 3 general or committee meetings in the last 12 months, but please still apply if you haven’t attended meetings because you may be eligible in the random draw!
We will notify the successful 30 people on March 4^th so that you can pick up union billed LOAs and apply online. Do not apply for LOAs until selection has been done and I have notified you.
